Pacific Mainland Group is a healthcare practice management advisory and executive operations firm led by Bobby Jackson, MHA. Bobby is currently the COO of Pediatric Therapies Hawaii, a multi-location pediatric healthcare organization in Maui. He brings hands-on executive operating experience across healthcare and privately held businesses, including outpatient clinics, physician practices, veterinary hospitals, and other owner-led organizations. His experience spans operations, P&L management, financial performance, organizational leadership, quality, process improvement, and business growth.
Bobby’s experience also includes two successful M&A exits—one as a cofounder who helped build and scale a company from inception through its eventual sale, and another as a fractional CEO who led operational cleanup, financial discipline, legal resolution, and the formal sale process. He also provides seller-side transaction advisory support, helping business owners evaluate deal structures, identify and manage transaction risks, and navigate the path from agreement to closing.

Bobby Jackson is a healthcare operations executive and currently serves as Chief Operating Officer of Pediatric Therapies Hawaii, a multi-site pediatric therapy practice serving children and families across four locations. He leads enterprise-wide operations spanning clinical and administrative functions, including patient access, revenue cycle, human resources, scheduling, credentialing, facilities, performance management, and strategic growth. His focus is building scalable systems, improving operational performance, strengthening leadership accountability, and creating the infrastructure required for sustainable growth.
Bobby has extensive experience leading healthcare and service-based organizations, including serving as Chief Operating Officer of a specialty outpatient medical clinic and as Fractional CEO and COO for veterinary practices. In these roles, he has worked directly with business owners to strengthen operations, improve financial performance, build scalable infrastructure, develop leadership teams, and position organizations for growth and transition.
An operator with a proven track record of building enterprise value, Bobby has completed two business exits—one as a cofounder and owner of a manufacturing company and another as a fractional CEO, where he led the organization through the M&A process from valuation through a successful asset sale.
Bobby is also the author of Survive Your Business Partner, a practical guide for entrepreneurs and small business owners considering or navigating a business partnership. Drawing on his experience as both a business owner and fractional executive, the book provides practical insight into building resilient partnerships and avoiding common ownership challenges.
Bobby earned a Master of Health Administration from the University of Southern California and completed executive education programs in Medical Marketing and Mergers & Acquisitions at the UCLA Anderson School of Management. He is an active member of the American College of Healthcare Executives (ACHE) and Medical Group Management Association (MGMA).
